An ocean navigation project built in stages
Long-distance solo sailing demands absolute rigor: the ability to endure, adapt, and make sound decisions.
Team Resilience is a solo ocean sailing project built in stages, with the Global Solo Challenge 2027 as its primary objective.
The project's trajectory follows a realistic progression, including the Route du Rhum 2026, and prioritizes self-sufficiency, reliability, and human commitment over the pursuit of performance at all costs.
Led by an independent skipper, Team Resilience champions a measured and clear-sighted approach to offshore racing: a project designed for sailing far, for long periods, and responsibly, in accordance with the human and technical constraints of reality.
Ce projet n’est pas une démonstration de puissance, mais de cohérence.

TEAM RESILIENCE, A STRUCTURED SPORTING TRAJECTORY
The Team Resilience project follows a progressive sporting trajectory, designed to build the experience, reliability, and consistency necessary for long-distance solo ocean sailing.
2025–2026 | Structuring and Preparation
This phase is dedicated to consolidating the project: sailing, boat tuning, physical and mental preparation, and structuring technical partnerships. The goal is to build a solid, sustainable, and realistic foundation, compatible with the project's human and financial constraints.
2026 | Route du Rhum – Destination Guadeloupe
The Route du Rhum is a major milestone in the project's trajectory. This iconic transatlantic race allows the project to be tested against a real solo commitment in a demanding environment, while validating the technical and human choices made beforehand.
2027 | Global Solo Challenge
The central point of the project, the Global Solo Challenge represents the culmination of this trajectory. A solo, non-stop, unassisted circumnavigation of the globe, she fully embodies the spirit of Team Resilience: autonomy, endurance, clear thinking, and the ability to persevere over time.
The future | An open, conditional, and controlled trajectory
Beyond 2027, the continuation of the project will only be considered if the human, technical, and financial conditions allow. Team Resilience prioritizes a long-term approach, without rushing or making promises disconnected from reality.

Une approche pragmatique et progressive
-

My compass: resilience

Projects that inspire Team Resilience
Several recent solo sailing projects have demonstrated that a simple, reliable, and consistent approach makes it possible to complete challenging circumnavigations without resorting to excessive resources.
These trajectories inspire Team Resilience in its approach to ocean sailing: prioritizing robustness, simplicity, and endurance over excessive sophistication.
A structured media approach
Team Resilience develops an independent media approach, built around the creation of original, authentic, and engaging content that follows the project's sporting and human journey.
Visibility is not based on a single event or external media rights, but on a narrative constructed over time: project preparation, solo sailing, commitment at sea, decision-making, successes, and challenges. This approach allows us to tell the true story of an ocean project, without embellishment or promises disconnected from reality.
The content produced prioritizes sincerity, education, and immersion: onboard footage, sailing narratives, short and long formats, audience interaction, and sharing of experience. It is distributed through carefully selected channels (digital platforms, social media, partner platforms), in line with the project's values.
Media and digital partnerships are approached in a targeted and high-quality manner. They are part of a logic of sustainable collaboration with committed partners, valuing their involvement through tailor-made content, rather than through a standardized event exhibition.

An adventure shared live with the public and partners

A Financially Sound Project
Team Resilience is based on a rigorous and progressive budgetary approach. Technical and sporting choices are guided by the pursuit of coherence, cost control, and long-term sustainability.
The project prioritizes technical partnerships, the optimization of existing resources, and a gradual ramp-up, without relying on a single source of funding or a bidding war.
Project Cost Breakdown
The Team Resilience project is based on a controlled budget structure. The breakdown below illustrates the main cost items, without contractual commitment or fixed amounts at this stage. Final decisions will depend on the schedule, the boat, and technical partnerships.
